Returns
We would be happy to refund  or exchange* your purchase under the following terms...

Returns must be reported to us within 10 days, and returned to us within 14 days. Goods remain your responsibility until received by us. We suggest you use a trackable service,  such as recorded delivery, so you may track the consignment. Returns are to be made in all original packaging, with all components, as received by you. On  goods that are returned in a saleable condition, we will refund the total value  of the product (excluding carriage) as paid for at time of purchase, but not any additional charges you may incur for returning the goods to us, e.g. carriage  & packaging materials.
Refunds will be made in way of original payment  method.
Replacements will be made once the returned goods have been  received.
Exchanges will be made once returned goods have been received and  any additional payments have been cleared.

We reserve the right to refund at our discretion if the terms above are not met.

Non-Returnable Items
All non-returnable items are thoroughly checked before despatch. These goods may be end-of-line,  one-offs, or have a special price reduction. Goods which are deemed perishable once opened/activated, or are easily subject to tampering may also be marked non-returnable.
Your statutory rights are not affected.


Items Under Warranty
Where you the  Buyer is dealing as a consumer (as defined in the Unfair Contracts Term Act 1977 Section 12) we the Seller will replace, repair or refund strictly at the Sellers option any item found to be faulty within the twelve months from the  original invoice date, provided that the Goods are returned to the Seller in  accordance with the Returns Policy clause and the Goods have not been misused, tampered with, improper application, neglected and/or physically damaged. Normal wear and tear will not be covered by the warranty. The replacement will be to  the original specification or above at the Sellers discretion. No refund shall be given unless the Goods are returned to the Seller, with all documentation,  software and accessories in the original packaging.

Unless otherwise stated, the warranty period between the Buyer and the Seller is strictly 12  months. Under no circumstances can this warranty be extended.

Under no circumstances shall the Seller carry out repair work on Goods out of warranty.

If a faulty item is  to be tested, repaired or replaced, the Seller may take reasonable time to  effect such process. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss incurred whilst  the Goods are being repaired and tested.

The Buyer shall take necessary precautions to back-up data, the Seller shall not be liable for any  loss resulting from equipment failure.

The Buyer shall take necessary anti-static precautions when handling any electronic component. Any  damaged as a result of improper handling will void warranty.

The Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused to property or persons resulting from any  equipment supplied.

The Seller shall not be liable for any loss incurred whilst the Goods are being installed, repaired and tested.
